Our focus at Forbidden city is to celebrate the ancient food rituals that take place across China, drawing inspiration from the imperial kitchens. We see our cocktails, wines, champagnes and non alcoholic drinks to be extensions of particular snacks that we pair with them, with their flavour profiles designed to be complimentary. At the Forbidden city, we see the realm of the restaurant and the bar to be one.
